Founded in 1995 by Charlie Webb — his first project being The Duncan Garage in downtown Duncan — the company has established a legacy of craftsmanship, environmental stewardship, and community-focused development.

Under the leadership of Charlie, and now his son Fynn Webb, the company has successfully completed numerous residential communities including Stone Haven Estates, The Orchard, The Parkside, The Trail Side, The Trail Side Villas, Stone Manor Estates, The Cottages at Stone Manor, and most recently Rancher Ridge.
